Busy weekend

We had a very busy weekend, starting with driving 9 hours round trip to pick up a replacement 6 speed transmission for our turbocharged time trials car and a Ford 8.8 differential for another upcoming build. Additionally, our spec miata got a new differential after blowing up its old one a couple of weekends ago and a new transmission.
We attended and MX5 Miata Fest on Saturday; it was great talking with all of you who stopped by our booth to say hello. We had our products there on display as well as our turbocharged time trials car.


Sunday was another day of work. Swapped the new 6 speed into our time trials car and pulled some of the oil out of the old transmission to get analyzed to see if it can tell us anything about our 4th gear loss. We will also be opening the case to see if we can determine any cause for the failure.
After swapping transmissions, we got back to work on the 2002 SE car that is getting the LS2 swapped in. After a lot of work, at the end of the day the motor was in!
